SOME GENERAL INFORMATION

Theofilos Studios & Apartments (both Theofilos & Pagona House) are self-catering rooms consisting of 1 or 2 bedrooms (or 2 single beds if it is a studio), kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Theofilos Studios & Apartments are shared into 2 houses: The one (a) is called Theofilos House and the other (b) is called Pagona House.

These two houses are less than 100 metres away from each other and are both beautiful!

A) Theofilos House

The location of Theofilos House is just amazing! This building consists of 2 studios (No 2 & 5), 2 one-bedroomed apartments (No 1 & 3) and 2 two-bedroomed apartments (No 4 & 6).

All of these are sea view and are just a breath away from the sea and the pool.

All Theofilos House studios & apartments (No 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are sea-side, pool-side, sea-view (having all sea view balconies) and are as close to the sea as possible offering some stunning views day and night.

B) Pagona House

A few metres away from Theofilos House at the hillside over the beach, is found the second block of apartments, the Pagona House. These homely, traditional style apartments, make you truly feel like home.

There are in total 5 rooms constituting Pagona House: 1 studio (No 9), 3 one-bedroomed apartments (No 8, 10 & 12) and 1 two-bedroomed apartment (No 11).

Pagona House is located in a quiet, charming area surrounded of olive trees and flowers, but also just a short stroll from the beach and the village centre.

All Pagona House studios & apartments (No 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) have either front view (panoramic village & Kalamionas bay view) or garden view balconies/verandas and are less than one minute walking distance to the sea and the pool, offering more privacy, tranquility and calmness.
