Booking Procedure
Bookings through us can be easily made within 4 simple steps.
1st step: You contact us giving the approximate period for which you would like to come for holiday, the total number of guests and the type of accommodation you would prefer (studio or 1-bedroom apartment or 2-bedroom apartment).
2nd step: We contact you back giving you all the availabilities and rates for the requested period.
3rd step: If you decide to book with us, you send us an email confirming your interest.
4th step: A Booking Confirmation is sent to you along with the necessary deposit information. The deposit should be 30-40% of the total amount, depending on the period and length of holiday.
After the deposit transfer is complete, we contact you in order to confirm that your deposit has been received. Your booking is then fully complete.
Nearer the time of your arrival, we contact you again in order to arrange your transportation (should you wish to in case that has not yet been arranged) and our meeting.
The balance is paid cash, either on arrival or during first days of your stay.
In case you are planning to come for holiday during high season (July - August),
it is advised to book early.
