Hi every one at the Theofilos Apartments in Corfu , We holidayed with you in May , and it was the best holiday we ever had. So much so , we booked immiediatly for 2012 , and we can't wait. Corfu was a joy , but the cream on the cake was the people especially Vivi and her mum and dad. They made us so welcome, as if we were part of the family. Since my first review in Theo's guestbook we had to return for another week in September 2010 as we enjoyed it that much. Everything again was perfect, we cannot express enough how good it was to come back and how friendly Vivi, Theo and Pagona are, so this year we are going back for two weeks. Its the most restful place to go - just enjoy that view from the apartments and chill out, thanks again Vivi, Theo and Pagona looking forward to seeing you Vera & George

unser Urlaub bei Ihnen in Theofilos House war großartig. Das Haus, der Pool und das Apartment sind wunderschön, liebevoll gepflegt und zugleich ruhig und zentral gelegen. Am meisten überwältigt hat uns aber Ihre Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, die wir in dieser Form noch in keinem Urlaub erfahren haben. Von der ersten E-Mail an haben wir uns aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt: Wir erhielten eine wasserdichte Wegbeschreibung, die uns sicher vom Flughafen zum Ziel führte, bekamen leihweise Bücher in die Hand gedrückt, die einen ganz anderen Blick auf Korfu offenbarten und wurden in die Feinheiten der griechischen Grußformeln eingeweiht. Und das sind nur drei Beispiele von vielen!

Wir haben immer noch ein wenig Sehnsucht nach diesem sonnigen Paradies und sind überzeugt: Wir kommen wieder!

Thank you once again for a wonderful holiday. Like so many others, we have found our idea of paradise and returned for the third time. Your hospitality makes us feel that your home is our home - nothing is too much trouble.

This year we were in Apartment 1, top right as you look from the pool. The views are amazing - we spent so much time just sitting on the balcony saying how lucky we were to have found this.

The pool as ever is perfect - Theo you do a fantastic job. The apartments are clean and serviced regularly - the location is the envy of all holiday makers who pass by.

We will remember the fish, the BBQ, the Greek Coffee but above all the friendship.

Kassiopi is beautiful - a quiet fishing village with just the right amount going on. Plenty of good places to eat and very accessible by the excellent buses to Corfu Town, Arachavi, Sidari etc.

We will be back - we are missing you all already but have many beautiful memories of our time with you.

Theo, Pagona, Vivi and Georgia - Thank you and we will keep in touch.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday. This time we stayed in Pagona House and we can not praise it highly enough. The apartment was spotless and Pagona House is very peaceful and quiet and it is literally a 30 second walk to the pool and the beach. Theo, Pagona and Vivi made the holiday very special - they are so friendly, helpful and kind. We will not stay anywhere else now and can highly recommend both Theofilos House and Pagona House.

Have just returned from our second stay at Theofilos. Had a lovely time Theo,Pagona and Vivi make you feel really welcome which makes the holiday even more special. The location is fantastic quiet enough but not very far from the centre of the resort. The view from the apartment is beautiful. The apartments themselves are really lovely and also really clean. Cant's wait to go back again. Don't think we would want to go anywhere else now.

This was our first stay in Kassiopi and it was a very special one for us as our daughter had arranged to be married in the church. We stayed at THEOFILOS apartments that have stunning views overlooking the bay and was only a two-minute walk to the main street. It was quiet where we were situated but if you wanted noisy then it was not far away. A local family runs the apartments with THEO, PAGONA and VIVI being the friendly members. The rooms were very clean and tidy and having stayed in a lot of Greek apartments we found these to be roomy as well. The pool area and pool itself were cleaned regularly by THEO and also had plenty of sun beds. We spent many a happy hour sitting out there with friends having a little light refreshment. We cannot praise and thank the family enough, not only for the way they looked after us but for all the help they gave in the run up to the wedding. The whole village is very pretty with the harbour at the bottom of the main street being it's best feature. This still operates as a small fishing harbour and is surrounded by Tavernas and the like. Ideal for sitting with a cold beer and watching the world go by.

We would whole heartily recommend the THEOFILOS apartments for a stay in Kassiopi whether you go with children or not. We would stay nowhere else and will be back.

There was 13 in our party, we all come on the 1st June, the weather was alittle cloudy but as soon as we saw Theo,vivi & pagona we all had smiles on our faces. Kassiopi is a beautiful place, its like home from home. All the apartments are very nice with views to die for. The peace & tranquility is just what you need to switch off and forget everything. Then it's time to go home back to reality. This is the sad part,but we will be BACK SOON.With some energy saving LIGHT BULBS just for theo. xxx

Well what can I say? Theo + Pagona the most perfect hosts + the kindest of people. Super location on the quiet side of town (but only 10 mins stroll to the centre). Rooms very clean + 'homely'.

Theo + Pagona were thoughtful + sometimes left lemons + even a homebaked cake for us. Because we went quite early in the season it was quite rainy (all the Ionian Islands get a fair bit of rain in winter + spring - that's why they're so green)

But we still had a great time + will return again to see our lovely hosts Theo + Pagona. For anyone who appreciates the 'real Greece' this is a good place to come!

this was one of the best holidays we ever had, due not only to the unbroken fortnights sun and the pretty little village and harbour that is kassiopi, but also to the warm welcome and unending friendly service from theo, pagona and vivi.we stayed in a nice sized apartment in pagona house, with air con [apartment no 8 ?]. outstanding views from the balcony.expect theo to throw you up fresh lemons from the grounds as you sit out here. we were also treated to an impromptu tasting session with some liqeurs and a potent greek hooch, sipouri [?]. fantastic hosts,nice apartments,spotlessly clean,quietly situated yet less than five minutes to the village centre. thanks again for a lovely holiday,and good luck with your bookings !!!

Just to say we had a lovely time at Theofilos 1 in the last two weeks of Aug 2008. The apartments are very clean, spacious and the position is excellent - right by the sea... Theo and his family work very hard to keep the apartments and the pool area clean and tidy. They are very friendly, always finding time to stop and chat. Kassiopi is a beautiful resort with plenty for everyone as well as some excellent places to eat. The location of Theofilos 1 could not be better as they are in easy walking distance of the harbour and restaurants and right on top of the beach. All in all we could not speak highly enough of these apartments. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks to Theo and family.

Theo's and Pagona's is the place to be in Kassiopi you won't find better host and hostess. Looking at the sea is my favorite but I do like the confort of the swimming pool. It's a quiet location but with a short stroll you are in the town square. Clean and close to everything, what more can a tourist ask for. You are considered family when you stay here and that's what makes me come back. Thanks for making me feel special. See you next year.

The 4th July & we will be back with you. It's been a long time from May last year, it just feels like we 're coming home. Six of us for my 50th.

Just to say been to Corfu many times over the last 9 years, some years May & Sept. Even when we have stayed next door to Theo's we get the same reception from all THE FAMILy as if we stayed with them.

Thanks for a terrific holiday last July. We were in the 2 bed apartment at Theo Apts and were greeted every morning by cheery Theo who made our holiday. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. The beach is just over the wall and is the perfect place whether you like a pool or beach holiday. It is a little gem tucked away in a quiet corner with the pubs and restaurants a very short walk away. Theo is the nicest person we have met and makes you feel so welcome, it feels more like his house you are at than an apartment and we will go back as soon as we can!!
