If you prefer to plan your holiday by yourself and book your accommodation privately and not via a tour operator, then you are just at the right place! The only thing you need to do is look for your flights. And leave the rest to us!

BOOKING PROCEDURE

1st step) You contact us giving the approximate period for which you would like to come for holiday, the total number of guests as well as the type of accommodation you prefer (studio-apartment or 1-bedroom apartment). Before you contact us please note that the total number of guests per studio or apartment is two and that the minimum booking period is 7 nights.

2nd step) Soon we contact you back providing you with all the availabilities and rates for the requested period as well as any other information you may have requested.

3rd step) If you decide to book at Theofilos, you then just need to send us a confirmation e-mail as well as your flight details (if tickets are already booked).

4th step) The deposit information is usually sent to you withing a few days after the booking confirmation. The deposit should be about 30% of the total cost of your booking. Please note that, in case of any delay in contacting you back with the deposit info for your booking, this does not affect in any way your booking. Your booking is fully valid until your deposit is paid. After the deposit payment is made, then the balance of your booking should be paid 6 weeks before your arrival by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. In case the booking is made less than 6 weeks before your arrival, then full payment should be made at the time of booking or on arrival.

Last minute bookings: For very last minute bookings within 7 days prior the arrival, no deposit is required. Instead, full payment is made on arrival. In case of a last minute booking, you only need to contact us by email to confirm your booking details (guests’ names, contact details, arrival/departure dates and flight details if tickets are booked).

2021 BOOKINGS: If you wish to book a direct sea front room at Theofilos Serenity Guesthouse or any room in high season (July – August), it is adviced to contact us early. Please note that large group bookings are not possible. Some apartments are available for long-term rental all year round.
