Theofilos Studios & Apartments are peacefully situated in the charming little village of Kassiopi.

Are ideally located right on the beach (Theofilos Serenity Guesthouse) or just a minute from there (Pagona House) but also close to all resort amenities.

The total 10 studios/apartments of this small property are divided into 2 types of units:

i) Studio-apartments: Occupancy max 2 guests

ii) One-bedroomed apartments: Occupancy max 2 guests

One-bedroom apartments are a larger type of studio. These consist of one bedroom with double bed, balcony, kitchen, bathroom and extra sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area.

Are ideal for couples who need a bit more space than a studio and a double bedroom instead of single beds.

Studios have two single beds (or one double bed at Pagona House studios) in a large, open room where there is also the kichenette.

Each apartment/studio has a basic equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony/veranda or patio.
