Theofilos Studios & Apartments are peacefully situated in the charming little village of Kassiopi.

Are ideally located just by the sea and the beach but also close to all resort amenities.

The total 11 apartments/studios of this small property are divided into 3 types of units:

i) One-bedroom apartments - Occupancy: min 1 - max 3 guests,

ii) Two-bedroom apartments - Occupancy: min 1 - max 4 guests and

iii) Studios - Occupancy: min 1 - max 2 guests

Infants and children are allowed up to max occupancy.

The one-bedroom apartment is a large type of studio. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, balcony, kitchen, bathroom and extra sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area.

Two-bedroom apartments have one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.

Studiow have two single beds.

Each apartment/studio has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony or veranda.

Apartments 1, 3, 4, 6 and 8 have 2 balconies.

Meal basis of all apartments/studios: Self Catering

THEOFILOS House: Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

No 1 and 3 are 1 bedroom apartments

No 2 and 5 are studios and

4 and 6 are 2-bedroom apartments

PAGONA House: Rooms 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

No 8, 10 and 12 are 1-bedroom apartments

No 9 is a studio and,

No 11 is a 2-bedroom apartment
